先进功能陶瓷的材料性点及应用领域

A、 电子绝缘材料:目前国内外常用的电子绝缘材料是氧化铝。近年来出现的新型电子绝缘材料。
特点:具有高强度、高绝缘性、低介电常数、高的热导率等优良的性能。
B、 电介质材料:用于调谐电路、保护逻辑及记忆单元的陶瓷电容器介质材料多数为BaTiO3基材料,此外还有高介的复合钙钛矿材料。目前晶界层电容器的出现,使常规瓷介电容器的介电数提高数倍甚至数十倍。
C、 压电陶瓷材料
常用的压电元件:传感器、气体点火器、报警器、音响设备、医疗诊断设备及通讯等。
新型的压电陶瓷材料:高灵敏、高稳定压电陶瓷材料、电致伸缩陶瓷材料,热释电陶瓷材料等。
D、 磁性陶瓷材料:磁性陶瓷材料可分为硬磁性和软磁性材料。
硬磁性材料:不易磁化、不易失去磁性。主要用于磁铁和磁存储元件。
软磁性材料:易磁化及去磁,磁场方向可以改变,主要用于交变磁场响应的电子部件。
E、 超导陶瓷材料:从二十世纪80年代对超导陶瓷的研究有重大突破以来,对高温超导陶瓷材料的研究及应用就倍受关注。目前高温超导材料的应用正朝着大电流应用、电子学应用、抗磁性等方面发展。
F、 抗杀菌陶瓷材料:抗杀菌陶瓷材料是随着科学的发展及社会的文明而产生的新一代功能材料。无机抗杀菌剂按作用于微生物的机理可分为三类:一类是主要具有抗杀菌作用的金属或其离子固定在无机材料载体上而制成;第二类是二氧化钛粒子光催化抗杀菌剂;第三类是具有远红外辐射功能的抗杀菌材料。

New piezoelectric ceramic materials: highly sensitive, highly stable piezoelectric ceramic materials, electrostrictive ceramic materials, pyroelectric ceramic materials.
4, magnetic ceramic materials: magnetic ceramic materials can be divided into hard magnetic and soft magnetic materials.
Hard magnetic material: difficult to magnetize, easy to lose magnetic. Mainly used for magnets and magnetic storage components.
Soft magnetic materials: easy magnetization and demagnetization, magnetic field direction can be changed, mainly for the alternating magnetic field response of electronic components.
5, superconducting ceramic materials: from the 20th century, 80 years on the superconducting ceramic research breakthrough has been made, the research and application of high-temperature superconducting ceramic material on the much attention. At present, the application of high temperature superconducting materials is moving towards high current applications, electronics applications, diamagnetism and other aspects.
6, Anti-sterilization of ceramic materials: Anti-sterilization of ceramic materials is a new generation of functional materials with the scientific development and social civilization.
