氮化硅陶瓷，是一种烧结时不收缩的无机材料陶瓷。氮化硅陶瓷强度很高，尤其是热压氮化硅，是世界上最坚硬的物质之一。具有高强度、低密度、耐高温等性质，SIN含量≥99.5%，抗弯强度≥820Mpa，断裂韧性7.0Mpa.m，是唯一强度高，韧性好的陶瓷材料。

Silicon nitride ceramics have high strength, especially hot pressed silicon nitride, which is one of the hardest materials in the world. It has the properties of high strength, low density and high temperature resistance, with sin content ≥ 99.5%, bending strength ≥ 820mpa and fracture toughness of 7.0Mpa m. It is the only ceramic material with high strength and good toughness.
